Tom went to Redcar parkrun and conducted a straw poll, Nicola went to the self-proclaimed toughest parkrun in the World and Danny went over to Greenwich parkrun. Plus they bring you news of Olympic qualifying parkrunners and very a special announcement.

This week is in celebration of the World's Greatest Marathon, the Virgin London Marathon and a bunch of parkrun links.

There's all kinds of parkrunMania going on this week. Tom and Nicola attended Graves parkrun and regale us with tales of fairy wands and bouncy castles whilst Danny went to Dulwich and was forced into doing the 'No loo roll cubicle shuffle'. There's also news of the elite Triathlete Jonny Brownlee at York parkrun and we find out that you better make sure your house is spotless in the Highbury and Islington area!

Tom says farewell to Lucy Perrin the Event Director at Reading parkrun, Nicola goes around and around in Leeds Hyde Park and Danny does a parkrun/Park Run double in Hackney Marshes and the Olympic site in Stratford.
