Muchos maracas! Nicola made a new friend at Danny's expense at Leeds parkrun whilst Danny learned how to alienate potential Scottish friends at Mile End parkrun. They talk about official barcodes, the new ladies record and congratulate Steve Darby into the Cowell Club.

Drum roll please! Nicola went with the "legend" that is her sister Carla 'Bug In Mar Ar' Potter to Brandon Country Park parkrun whilst Danny was hill training at the 'playful' Haywards Heath parkrun. They also talk tees, tweets and tattoos.

Nicola was going to Pontefract parkrun but had to scramble from the mechanic's garage to get to Leeds parkrun whilst Danny was at Wimbledon Common parkrun for the first time in a long while.
