Nicola went to Pontefract parkrun later than she thought she had last whilst Danny went to the inaugural Bournemouth parkrun and put his hands in the air. Nicola went to Temple Newsam parkrun and had a '99' with a flake whilst Danny was at Chelmsford Central parkrun with Join In and Eddie Izzard. This week Nicola was taking part in her own version of a baby-laden Wacky Races at Leeds parkrun whilst Danny went over the Severn Bridge to Newport parkrun. They celebrate the 3 million parkruns run globally mark, look for animals in maps and ask when your parkrun birthday is?

In this week's show Nicola went to the H-I-L-L-Y and inaugural Sheffield Castle parkrun that has no castle and Danny went to the beautiful and inaugural Peterborough parkrun where they have a lemming-built bridge.
