This week's show was a labour of love, retrieved from the depths of SD Card purgatory. Nicola went to Pontefract parkrun and had many breakfasts whilst Danny went to Grovelands parkrun and laughed at TIO falling over. They also bring you a new Cowell Club member, point out that it's not #500cake and Nicola has a 'Mummy Moment' at Jacob Chang's Word once again.

Roar. In this week's show Nicola went to Leeds in a Lion onesie along with her pride and raised a lot of money for charity by selling cakes. Meanwhile Danny went on a return visit after over four years to Finsbury (Funsbury) parkrun and also was at the inaugural Wimbledon Park Juniors parkrun.

Did you know there was a record turnout at parkrun globally as well as in the UK?! On the busiest parkrun weekend ever Nicola went to Roundhay and flew round, whilst Danny kept his promise and went back to Fulham Palace parkrun. They chat about Bushy's 1184, Ian Cockram plus much much more.

This week's show is a commemoration for the wonderful Zoe Wright - she will be sorely missed. Nicola went to Albert parkrun in Middlesbrough and Danny went to Dulwich parkrun. They also discuss the 250 tee design, F1 fuel and Jacquie Chang sang!
