Stormy weather! Nicola went to Mudbarton parkrun with Lady Bug as her other choices got rightly cancelled on safety grounds whilst Danny played it safe with a trip to see his 'homies' at the parkrun cradle. They also chat about home births and many things Valentine.

This week Nicola managed to persuade a friend to take part at Leeds parkrun. Shame she forgot to impress the start time and barcode routine.
