In this week's show Nicola went to a Leeds based parkrun at Cross Flatts where she had a cheap breakfast, Danny went to Southwark parkrun with an array of parkrun types before taking part in the Westminster Mile 'parkrun wave' and they induct five people into the 250 Club. They also talk about the moon and the term 'fun run'. |

Helen Williams fills in for Nicola once again and can't recall where she was due to baby brain. Danny doesn't want to talk about his week, but luckily has a replacement parkrun profile in place all the way from Poland. They also talk 1803 and the pleasure of volunteering. |

Whilst Nicola is off tanning herself Helen Williams steps in to her boots. Helen was at Harrogate parkrun (which is the new Leeds) whilst Danny was at the inaugural Rushmoor parkrun in Surrey with a record UK turnout for a first event. They talk about inspiring octogenarians, various achievements and have the last ever WJH. |
