Impeccable is this week's word of choice. We'll skip over where Nicola was whilst Danny was in the north! At Heaton parkrun as matter of fact with Steve Way and Ron Hill. They discuss pacing strategies and look forward to the 10th Anniversary.

It's finally here, one week late. Nicola went to the inaugural Wakefield Thornes parkrun whilst Danny was being interviewed by Mike Bushell for BBC Breakfast at Bedfont Lakes parkrun and then interviewed him in return. There's also a literal parkrun wedding and a beach clean up.

In this week's show Nicola gave love to Baby Aston at Leeds parkrun whilst Danny gave love to Horsham parkrun. They announce record global turnouts, two new Cowell Clubbers and bring you a wonderful tribute to Olive Brearey.

Music maestro please! ... Please take their instruments away! In the third birthday show Nicola and Danny bring you castanets, cat bells and singing, briefly. Danny was at Arrow Valley parkrun whilst you know where Nicola was. They also celebrate the Big Kahuna of Uber Tourists joining the 250 Club, celebrate the 20th Cowell Clubber as well as other landmarks.
